The allies were victorious because they trapped germany from both sides and and made Hitler Commit Suicide. Also D-day is what gave france back their land in order to attack germany from that side and Soviet Union from the other direction. in my opinion that was a great strategy to win the war.

Genocide- the deliberate killing of a large group of people, esp. those of a particular ethnic group or nation. There was a big genocide problem when some countries took over africa.

Atrocities-an extremely wicked or cruel act, typically one involving physical violence or injury. There was an Atrocity against the Armenian people.

Human Rights Violations- When all Rights that human’s have are broken(violated). Human Rights Get violated when someone kills them that is violating humans rights or also by breaking someone else’s rights not letting them do what they have the right to do as a human.

Hello parents i alive and heading home. I have lots of stories and i have witnessed 750,000 to 1 million people die it is sad. They even had machine guns they were shooting at us but luckily the trenches saved us from that, but the thing that killed most of men was the bombs they threw into the tenches, from the airplanes, but luckily im fast i got out if there. I think the country leaders presented in the picture are Serbia ,Germany , Austria-Hungry , Russia, and Bosnia. The steel pot represents all the tensions and how the war began. The expressions on the leaders faces look like if their ready to jump into war.

A powder keg can explode with a spark but world war 1 was caused by a 19 year. the 19 year old killed Archduke Francis Ferdinand. HE was the future leader of Austria-Hungary.
